Wings and Rings, the 85-unit restaurant and bar franchise, is continuing its growth with a new restaurant in Harlingen, Texas. Nearly 40 years ago, Wings and Rings served its first wings in Cincinnati, Ohio, and now the lively, elevated sports bar concept is bringing good food and fun times to communities all over the country.

Continuing its growth trajectory, the newest location located at 6710 W Expy 83, Harlingen, Texas 78552 will be opening on September 25th. This new location is owned by Carlos Guzman, who also owns the Brownsville, Texas location.

The Grand Opening event is set to feature many contests and giveaways for the restaurant’s local community. Guests who are present prior to the store opening on September 25th will be entered into a drawing to win free wings for a year. 20 winners will be selected prior to the store opening at 11:00am.

Additionally, a ribbon cutting ceremony, featuring Harlingen City Council members, will take place at 10:30am on September 25^th to commemorate the store’s opening. The first 250 customers on Opening Day will receive a Wings and Rings bottle koozie.

“We are excited to be growing in the restaurant and bar industry,” explained Dan Doulen, Director of Franchising and Real Estate. “Harlingen will be an excellent addition and we are really looking forward to the opening.”

Wings and Rings is focused on driving growth through single-unit and multi-unit franchise opportunities available throughout the U.S. They are currently focusing on continuing development near other existing locations across several states including Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Texas, California, Florida and more.

The Grand Opening event in Harlingen is the sports restaurant and bar brand’s third of the year with at least one additional opening planned before the end of 2023.
