Our Story
Welcome to the sports restaurant experience that goes way beyond just buffalo wings.
We're a club-level sports restaurant, worthy of the ultimate sports dining experience. With bright, inviting dining rooms, 50+ TVs, elevated fan experiences, chef-inspired recipes and of course our signature wings, Wings and Rings is the ideal experience for socializing with friends & family over sports.
This didn't happen overnight. For over three decades we've been perfecting the art of great food and great service. See how we've grown and changed.
HISTORY
Over 30 years ago, we served our first wings in Cincinnati Ohio
1984
Buffalo Wings and Rings began serving up homemade bleu cheese and signature wings in Original, Roasted Garlic, Mild, Medium, Hot and Extra Hot. From the start, it was a hands-on approach that focused on food and flavor. Fresh wings, homemade sauces, and a dedication to the community we serve.
1990s
A decade of growth

10 years!
Buffalo Wings & Rings roams far and wide. Spreading out from Cincinnati and opening stores in multiple states.
2000s
With new ownership comes a greater vision
2005
Sold!
Philip Schram, Nader Masadeh and Haytham David buy Buffalo Wings & Rings – combining their love of wings and sports.
2007
Expansion!
The Buffalo roams, expanding our turf to Texas, California and Kentucky.
2008
Upgraded menu
We introduce our fresh/never frozen boneless tenders to the family. Plus we add Lemon Pepper, Cajun, Crazy and Garlic Parmesan sauces.
2008
Da Buffalo
We open up shop in Chicago.
2009
The name gets bigger
13 new store openings! 6 in TX, 2 in FL as well as stores in NC, KY, ND, IN and IL We also sponsor Patrick Sheltra for ARCA RE/MAX season.
2010s
Upgrading to a club-level experience

Go west
We open up stores in Omaha NE and Rapid City SD.
2011
Another upgrade
We add fresh, never frozen hamburgers to the menu as well as lighter fare options including several new salads and wraps.

Feel the Buffalove®
We roll out our new Service Promise.

Club-level store design
We launch the ultimate experience in sports dining with our new look.
2014
Chef inspired menu items
Street Tacos, Chorizo Nacho Burger and Parmesan Garlic Aioli Fries are added to the menu.
International growth

CEO Nader Masadeh is featured on Undercover Boss and goes undercover to several locations as "Pete".

We launch the Buffalove Foundation as a way to give back to local communities and give every hungry child the food they need to flourish.

Online ordering launches in 40 locations, allowing guests to place an order with just a few clicks.

Hitting the Road
BW&R Partners with DoorDash and Uber Eats to deliver hot, fresh chicken wings to the doorsteps of hungry fans across the country.

The "Buffalo Sauciety" VIP Rewards program launches, making members feel like VIPs through rewards and unique experiences.
Getting Chef'd Up

Contactless Becomes King
While reeling through a world-wide pandemic, quick adaptations were made to provide guests with a safe, socially distant experience. Things like curbside service and contactless payments quickly became the norm.

Bye Bye Buffalo
Buffalo Wings & Rings officially becomes "Wings and Rings" and forges ahead with an updated brand identity that focuses less on buffalo and more on chicken.
