Chuck Snider the General Manager of Wings and Rings Bismarck goes through the level of spice contestants will be challenged with at the “Can you handle the heat?” eating contest happening at the Wing Fling event. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Dakota Children's Advocacy Center.
